✨ Sound Healing & Meditation on the Beach – a deep relaxation experience with an amazing instructor
✨ Reformer Pilates Class & Brunch – followed by a creative Community Painting Session
✨ Breathwork & Guided Meditations – to reset and recharge
✨ Community Cooking & Shared Meals – mostly at the house + one brunch & one dinner at a local spot
✨ Optional Massages – professional therapists will come to our house for personalized treatments (add on)
