**Terms and Conditions (T&C) of YouLance**
**1. Scope of Application**
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the business relationship between Northwest Registered Agent, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the customer, Hannah Wetzel (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") regarding the purchase of fitness apparel, as well as the booking of fitness retreats, fitness events, training, and nutrition plans through the Provider’s website.
**2. Contract Formation**
A contract is concluded when the Customer places an order or booking on the Provider’s website and it is accepted through confirmation by the Provider. The Provider reserves the right to reject orders or bookings without providing reasons.
**3. Prices and Payment Terms**
All prices are quoted in USD and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs. The Provider accepts the following payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna. The purchase price is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.
**4. Shipping and Returns**
- The Provider offers worldwide shipping.
- Shipping costs are specified during the ordering process.
- The Customer has the right to return unworn and undamaged goods within 14 days of receipt.
- The Customer bears the cost of return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
**5. Conditions for Fitness Retreats and Events**
- Booking a fitness retreat or event is binding.
- Refunds for cancellations by the Customer are not permitted.
- If an event or retreat is canceled by the Provider, the Customer will receive a full refund of payments made.
**6. Disclaimer of Liability**
- The Provider offers fitness and nutrition plans, as well as products, solely for informational purposes.
- These do not constitute medical or scientific advice.
- Customers should consult a physician or specialist before beginning any training program or dietary changes.
- The Provider assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or health consequences resulting from the use of products or services.
**7. Data Protection**
The Provider processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy available on the website.
**8. Final Provisions**
- The law of the State of Wyoming, USA, shall apply.
- The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Sheridan, WY, USA.
- Should individual provisions of these T&C be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
