I'm Hannah,
Sports and fitness have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, it’s truly in my blood. Growing up in a family where health and wellness were always a priority (with plenty of competitive gymnasts around!), it was only natural for me to follow that path.
Here’s the twist: I was always too tall for gymnastics! So, I gave soccer a shot, but let’s just say my slim frame wasn’t exactly built for the field. That’s when I discovered my true passion, helping others feel strong, balanced, and confident through fitness.
I’ve dedicated myself to this calling, earning a Bachelor’s degree that combines fitness, medicine, and business. Along the way, I became a certified trainer, yoga coach, and Pilates instructor. These experiences have given me the tools to approach wellness from a holistic perspective, focusing not just on movement but also on mindset and overall well-being.
